A Wash Out!- Part Deux

Oh how the mighty have fallen… certainly not a look we expected to see on Ms. Zinta. Sure the Zagliani clutch and Loubs were lust-worthy but the whole ensemble (and that hair!!) just killed it for us. Killed it baaad.

  1. I think she’s a little unaware of what she’s been doing to herself since KANK wrapped up. I’m sure if she could see what others have been seeing she would realise what;s wrong, but it’s clearly not that ay. Though I really wish she would..

Regardless Preity will always be Preity for me irrespective of all the images i’ve seen for the last 2-3 years.

She pioneered allot in regards to Fashion, attitude and her time at the peak. It will remain untouched for me. That Preity I’m sure hasn’t gone anywhere, regardless of what we’re seeing on the surface.

  2. Yes her hair needs to change…I prefer PZ with dark brown hair a la Salaam Namaste. Great figure and cute face, just a little dye job is required!

  3. She should have gone with either the bangs or the weird color. They are both strong on their own…and the two together is an overkill
Whats up with everybody gettin bangs done ? They arnt even flatterin on most.

Dont even get me started on the clothes she borrowed form her 10 yr old cousin. GIVE IT BACK

    • It’s very typical in entertaiment industries isn’t it? Even in Hollywood, after a women hit’s 25-30 they’re done, while 40 going on 50 year old men (Aamir, Shahrukh, Salman) get to prance around with 18 year olds and nobody says anything.
It’s part of patriarchal society- the image of the idealized women goes WAY back. Thank God for cougars, I say- at least they’re breaking the mold.

      • not so much in hollywood…look at uma thurman, meryl, angelina jolie, penelope cruz. i think its more in bollywood where men dominate the industry.

      • I really dont think so. Kajol made a come-back with Fanaa and it did extremely well, she’s still getting work, (My name is Khan) Aishwarya Rai is still going very strong and she came before Rani, Preity and all, Vidya Balan is 35 + (I guess) and despite coming into the industry very late, she’s in demand, Karishma was offered a lot of work, but she chose to refuse it. We assume if an actress gets married (or crosses a certain age), she stops getting work, but the truth is that many of these actresses choose to remain dedicated to their families or become extremely choosy about the kind of work they take up – because they set unrealistic standards for themselves. Most of them become stuck-up coz they’ve worked with the biggest ppl and then later they dont want to work with new, inexperienced people. Its a myth that is encouraged by the media that okay heriones are for a limited period. But we need some heroines to go ahead and prove otherwise.

  5. is she channeling her inner teenager ??? – if so she is about decade (at least) too late. Normally love her sense of classic, understated and elegant style but this looks screams – “look at me” and comes off as trying waaay to hard a la Ms Mukhergee in recent times.

  6. The fringe looks great on her….the fact that you like the Indian look with her hair done in that typical Indian way (in that turquoise blue ensemble) just shows that no matter how much you guys try, really you just like Indian clothes….leave the chick alone – she looks cute and hot – I don’t even watch Hindi films, don’t like them….but dropping designer names here and there doesn’t a great website make….
