Overwhelmed
February 28th, 2009 at 5:02 pm . by Payal… and not in a good way after seeing PZ in this strapless mermaid gown. The lace detail on the upper part was interesting but that’s about all that was good about this gown.
Part of me also wishes that this gown had stopped short from where the flaring starts. Now, that I would have liked!

she bores me!!
Normally I am a fan of women looking bottom-heavy, it shows that you actually have one! But in this case, bottom-heavy is not a good thing. At all.
I like the fact that Preity Zinta usually tries to bring class and formal and elegant wear to award shows because most other people before (5-6 years ago) would just wear whatever (i.e. Karishma in business suit, Aishwarya in a spaghetti strap). But now everyone has started paying attention to what they wear more now mostly because of Preity I personally believe because she wears gowns to more formal events. But here it didn’t work for her. She tried though.
Sorry, kinda just went on and on. hehe

BORE!!!! I cannot stand her hair and although i love her..but please gimme a break that dress isnt great at all…i agree with you P&P that if the dress stopped before the flaring it would still have fared better but still she is boring me: A HUGE YAWN!

the best thing about her was her youthful bubbly smile and dimples.. without that… now it just isn’t there… somehow so much black and so little skin… I don’t like the outfit either..
i think a lot of this has to do with it being a bad picture. granted, the dress is not fantastic, but i dont think it’s as bad as it looks. but it certainly doesn’t fit her properly, esp in the belt region.

Very dated look for a gown. Preity’s always dressing much older than her age.
I didn’t like it when Beyonce won it for the Oscars and absolutely don’t like it on PZ. Way too dramatic. Its okay to surprise. But not to shock.
