In Sabyasachi
January 12th, 2013 at 2:12 pm . by PayalIt was a Sabyasachi for Parineeti at the 2013 Screen Awards. What throws me off the look is the pocketed shirt which I don’t think is part of the original look. Wish the top was a plain blouse.

I love the sabyasachi skirt/lehenga. I wish she had worn a nicer top.
The pockets so dont fit.. I love the outfit otherwise, just not on her… I dont know why…Maybe because there is so much of work on the lehenga and it would look lovely/get more attention on a taller person..

When i saw this, it quickly reminded me of Kalki. I think Pari would have looked better without the headband.
Love the skirt but that shirt doesn’t do anything for her. Makes the otherwise exquisite outfit look rather cheap.

The pockets are fine but the skirt makes me want to go snip snip with a giant pair of scissors! Why so much fabric? It makes her look so big!
The skirt and hairband is gorgeous, her make up is fab too. But that shirt, ugh. I wish she’d chosen a bolder, feminine top to go with the long skirt and the eclectic-ness of the hairband.
you need an different body language to carry such looks, the shirt, the band and the red lips do not work. Pari is such a sweety..its a little too serious look for her. not working.
I don’t mind this look that much… But an awards night calls for something more ‘dressy’ and blingy!
a simpler, sleeveless top, and this could have been a diff look altogether.

This is how one ruins a Sabyasachi look. That hairband is too prominent in the front…and the shirt…what was she thinking??? I don’t know she looks awful to me.
She is late by a few years for the audition of ash’s role in ‘guzarish’ !!
