Just A Sherwani? Not This One!

Comment image 22

First it was the Forty-lakh sari, then came the Ten-lakh lehenga, and here to trump them both is the One crore (yes you read that right!) sherwani.

Reshma and Riyaz Gangji of Libas Stores created a one-crore sherwani for a client based in Dubai and what makes it worth more is that it has diamonds in it. Too bad we don’t have a clearer picture to examine the details (of the sherwani!).

As for requesting another to be created, unless and until a certain Mr. Soman hand delivers it personally… and stays, we aren’t gonna be bringing out that cheque-book any time soon! 😛

  1. why not just stick to some bling and zardosi.. or wear one of those grand ..emerald pieces with a toned down sherwani… Anyway.. would have def liked Mr. Soman in it

  2. Diamonds or no diamonds there is nothing in this outfit that justifies the price tag. Its just another example of having obscene amounts of money and not knowing what to do with it.

  4. Randeep Hooda carries that sherwani extremely well.
But i dont know why everyone is panicking about 1 cr when we see ppl on this blog everyday carrying bags worth $3000 to $5000.
I agree $200000 is not the same but still. Its clothing and i am sure its for different group of people who can afford it.
Why all of a sudden this reaction to price tag??

  6. Enough with this overpriced mess! I know fashion is fantasy, but let’s be honest here, it’s ridiculous. Even if Randeep personally delivers it.

  7. agree with” charan “frankly it is a better investment than a silly purse or shoes (diamonds are actually worth something)and if you have the money and this is your thing go for it.
