Not Quite

At an Iftar party, Mugdha paired a pink and green tunic with distressed denims and red flip-flops. Easy, this one’s a ‘Not Quite‘ for us.

Not a fan of the green crinkled silk part of the top; why is it even there?! And distressed denims to an Iftar party? Really now. Not saying you need to go decked out in your desi best, but distressed denims aren’t the most appropriate even when paired with that top and jewelry.

  3. This and her last few appearances actually made me go through all your previous posts on Mugdha and see whether she EVER managed to put together a good ensemble.

  4. Someone just told me bechari was preparing for hurricane irene! She thought it was hitting the shores of Mumbai so she dressed accordingly. Darling next time wear some hunter wellies instead of rubber flip flops ok?

    • Iftar refers to the evening meal with which Muslims break their fast at sunset, during the month of Ramadhan. It is often done as a group and it is also customary to invite friends and family for the same.

  5. I’m horrified that someone would wear those rubber chappals to any party, let alone an event that is religious/a festival.
    And those distressed denims!?
