OMG someone should shoot the stylist here!

It could be designer looks like some silk table cloth or colorful lungi made into a dress. And there’s way too much grey going on.

PS: Hope she was able to watch her steps with so much blocking her view. :P

lol I know …. So impractical!! I would be so irritated with those feather’s blocking the view!

Not only that … they also poke other people standing next to her … hahaha ! Way tooo funny to take seriously!

Shades? things floating in front of my eyes?… i would have tripped and fallen if I were her..instead of a drink she should be holding a walking stick!

Like?! You’ve GOT to be joking! She looks like a danger to herself and others with those things blocking her eyes AND shades.
That hat is SO idiotic it’s actually funny. The whole look is unintentionally hilarious.

I know.. this is ridiculously funny ! The dress is fine but the “hat”.. just because its expensive does not mean its high-fashion !

Why would you wear that thing on our head when your dress is so busy?

It seems like Indians don’t know or understand race fashion and hats. Educate yourselves before sounding ignorant.

I think it’s well co ordinated. What other Color would you match with magenta and grey !

It’s appropriately matched, the hat is fun, is nt that what fashion is about?

Vivienne Westwood is known for her checks! World over

Utterly ridiculous. Why would she do this to herself? This is a definite fashion don’t. I guess some get really silly in the name of fashion; keeping it minimal is more in most fashion cases. The poor soul next to her must be quietly screaming.

All those feathers in front of her eyes…how can she stand it?!!

  14. lara at | | Reply

If hats is silly fashion. You ll got to get of a fashion blog lol!

Maybe race fashion has nt progressed here as yet. The feathers could have been a little less in front. But think she always carrys herself well! This girl knows her fashion well…. I’ve seen her on many occassions. Obviously you don’t go around mumbai dressed like that, its apt for the occassion.

You know when the line between pretentious “high fashion” and complete ridiculousness gets blurred? Well, this is what you get.

Love the dress. Like fascinators, in general. But all that stuff hiding her face is just plain ridiculous. Shouldn’t style be an artistic, individual look-to-look thing rather than a dry, scientific following of set rules (x colour with y colour, ‘n’ number of accessories, follow such-and-such latest trend-check)?

Nice and fun look… agin will ignore the ‘ignorant’ comments, folks don’t seem to be aware of races/fascinators etc etc

Obviously it seems like people are very ignorant about international style, see the Epsom derby, ascot and others. Educate yourself before commenting.

why blend in when you can carry off fashion! That’s what it’s all about is it not? I give her a thumbs up.
