To both the Araaish exhibitions, designer Masaba wore her own. Have a favorite?

  1. I’m sorry but I do not consider her a designer…not by a long shot!
I find her “design” amature and self-indulgent….getting coverage only because of her mother…

  2. at the mumbai araaish, she was the only one who didnt look crafted from the same mould of white shirt, dark denim, oodles of foundation, nude lipstick, hermes accessories.. the picture doesnt do her justice one bit!

  3. can’t believe people actually pay for this crap. looks like something a darzi still in training stitched it up . the fabric looks cheap, the cuts are not original, the color combo is atrocious.

  4. I frequently get the impression that her designs are quirky for the sake of being quirky. Also, invariably her designs are shabbily finished – a bit like a-project-runway-bottom-of-the-table design.

  5. I want to like Masaba’s creations, I reallly do. They are quirky, fun, youthful… but somehow they always look kinda amateurish. Is it the tailoring? Wonder…wonder…

  6. I do like the orange shoes in pic 1. Those roll-up sleeves of the dress in pic 2 ruin the look. It would have been so much better without them.

  7. The corset looks so badly sewn- like a random strappy top with underwire added on, defeating the whole purpose- ill-fitting, providing no support & absolutely no lift.

  8. I really wish this woman can groom herself better. She has amazing features, a little makeup to cover up those dark eye rings could a long way. And yes the outfits are horrendous.
