Georgeous! This is how to do a modern sari look without going risque or OTT! She and Mini have the best sari’s!

Funny how her and minis saree looks are so interchangable, are they bffs or something? She looks good, rarely gets it wrong in a saree.

yes! she & Mini together were popular MTV VJS during the same time. & now along with their respective husbands & kids, they publicly consider each other family.

You are right, they’re BFFs. If you read Maria’s blog, she comes across as such a fun and genuine person. She also posts a lot of stories and pics of Mini and other friends (part of her girl gang).

DP wasn’t even at this event. But yes, love this look. So elegant, classy and contemporary.

Nice. But this dual print concept was started by Masaba. And loooong before that, kancheepuram sarees were made on those lines called “half and half”. Wonder what is really the definition of a designer outfit?

She reminds me so much of Catherine Zeta Jones.

Love it! I wanna steal the look head to toe!

I think that the sheer sleeves keep this look from going into the too much territory. & it reminds me of Masaba´s designs too. Nonetheless she rocks it.

Sleeves could have definitely better fitted. But yes I totally love that sari! And I have seen sooo many fake copies of that sari. But it is probably the classiest sari ever. It looks beautiful and sexy, without showing as much skin as your typical saris do.
