In Anita Dongre Timeless

While, I loved the solid pieces from the recent Anita Dongre Timeless collection, wasn’t a big fan of this print. On the runway, the Amrapali jewellery helped the look but without it, it’s barely striking. You like?

  3. the dress is so ordinary… agree that she looks good but how can you call that dress designer? nothing special about the dress, print or pattern.

  4. oh C’mon P&P… For once you gotta appreciate Mallika for changing it up. Dress is striking or not, overall she looks good. Atleast the appreciation would encourage her to cover it up more often :-)

  6. Again the disturbing, taliban-esque penchant for women to be ‘covered up’. Oh dear….how oppressive.

She does look beautiful though, and its a lovely simple outfit, very light and pretty. I just don’t see the need to cheer a woman for ‘covering up’. Thats as backward as it gets. What next, throw a party for her if she dons a veil?

    • get over it love! now you are bordering on overkill…!
theres nothing “taliban-esque” about bloggers “cheering” over this so called “covered up” look … you only need to see what mallika wore in the past to understand the nature of comments here … and the obvious joy in her new look!

        • Exactly!!!! why use such a strong term…covered up does not mean oppressive at all! but having to see someone dress in a certain way again n again n again…its a nice and beautiful change….women can be classy even when they are showing off their ‘assets’. So nobody is against or for her donning a particular attire!!

    • You do realize it’s annoying to see someone’s boob again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again again and again. It was like Vidya balan in an anarkali all over again.

Change is good.. The fact that she looks as hot as she does in a mini is a testament to her hotness..

  11. It’s simple enough, it has no pretension and it works I think. I can imagine it would’ve looked a bit dull on some else but Malika carries this outfit off pretty well!! She looks GOOD :)
