Wow, beyond tacky. I wish she would stop trying to be sexy all the time. It’s completely unwarranted at every single event. The tacky gold Vegas bra is such an eyesore.

I am a sucker for this color combo, navy & red! I like the saree, its rich, yet not oversequined. The blouse did spoil the look.

I dont like the blouse, but had she draped the sari properly….this would have been a good look.

This entire ensemble is horrible from the makeup to the hair and finally the outfit!

I love the bindi and the nethichuttu / maan tikka. But thats all i love.
    Blouse is tacky !

And could the clutch get any tackier???

Love the nethichutti, too, but it would have worked better if she had done her hair differently (e.g., pinned the sides back, so the front was framed, but her hair was still down).

Agree that the drape was a dealbreaker on top of a dealbreaker. That breast almost looks errant!

Overall, not a fan of any part of this look. Perhaps Ms. Arora should consider going the stylist route (esp. for her desi looks)

I thought only the bride wears the nethichutti/maang tikka. Is it acceptable for guests to wear it too?

In Marwari weddings, everyone in family can wear this nethichutti(its called “bore/rakhdi” in marwari)…its usually worn with Ghaghra-odhna..
With proper blouse and drape…this look could’ve been really

Anyone can wear as it. The the nethichutti with extended forheads are usually worn by brides and dancers though. But these kind of normal ones are perfectly fine when worn by guests.

The blue, gold and red color combo reminds me of superwoman’s outfit. One can be forgiven for almost missing the red underwear on top of this ensemble.

With a good blouse, better drape and hair tied back, she would have looked great…

apart from the blouse and drape, me thinks that the bracelet doesn’t go with the sari. A traditional bangle would have looked better. but still, she manages to look nice.

she needs to get over her munni badnam hui fixiation!!!

Tacky and how! Malaika usually looks amazing in saris. Even the hair is so blah!

malaika, give it a rest already.

She always manages to look like an HOOCHIE no matter what she wears….JUST SAYING

What happened to her? Dragged through through sequined brambles and her blouse got torn off?

If the Gold halter wasn’t enough the brown(?) lenses take the tackiness to another level!

Seriously tacky. but more than the clothes, i think its the make-up thats not working. Malaika has always made her looks work because of her fresh, dewy skin and glowing face….this time, she’s looking haggard and soo not-fresh. thats what is the REAL deal breaker here.

    supertacky blouse

i dont think ….she looks tacky at all….yes d specific design of the blouse gives very bollywood feel …..instead the designer cud’ve used subdued color blocking…..with nice low back blouse……bling is never tacky …its jst how u wear it n what amount of bling u wear(too much) ….makes it look tacky
