Back To The Comfort Zone

The delish McQueen studded clutch came out to play again today on Malaika who quickly rebounded to her basic style mantra in a über short Nandita Mahtani sequin dress.

We wish the sophisticated phase hadn’t been so shortlived!

  2. Sorry to sound such a prude, I would have been REALLY EMBARASSED if my mother had stepped out like that. She should realize that she is not in her 20s anymore.

Take cues from Sridevi who wears the tightest of clothes, shows alotta cleavage and leg but still comes off looking elegant and chic and just rightly dressed for her age.

I just get a very ‘queenie dhody in the making’ vibe from her

  6. Seriously. Y r people so much worried abt her skin show?? Is it b’coz everyone doesn’t hav that body n confidence to carry any kinda dresses? If I were her daughter, I wudn’t be embarrased at all. We all know her age n that she is a mother of a teenager.. but honestly, If we did not. would you say she isn’t dressed acc to her age by looking at dis pic (or any of her pics) for dat matter. Get a life peopel.. n let her live the way she wants. I totally adore her for what she is. her face looks gorgeous w/o makeup.

  7. Looks stunning on the runway, the minimal stilettos and lack of other accessories/jewels allow the playsuit to mimic a disco ball in just the right way… In Malaika’s case *sigh*, when will these ladies stop with all the jhatak accessories! The belly dancer coin belt is completely uneccessary, totally distracting from the playsuit, as do the popping shoes and clutch. Less IS more, when it comes to an outfit made of sequins!
