When it comes to western wear, Ms. Gill tends to pick the worst silhouette and color for herself. The gathered bust does nothing for her and as usual she went completely wrong with the makeup. Someone suffers from the ‘Rituparna’ syndrome. Adding maroon lipstick to every look isn’t the answer to everything.

I like the dress overall, and her original hairstyle, just not the crossed straps. THey’re too simple and out of tune with the dress. IMO they should be more textured/thicker and continue from the same fabric of the dress top.
