Neither – they both make the top look just so meh! I do like the outfit on the runway though.

its definitely farah for me ! flared white pants are always a thumbs up ! :) and i think maheep’s daughter is very pretty and adorable :)

I prefer Maheep’s top. It is a very pretty colour. And I like her pants better

I like the top on the model and Maheep – I love the purple shade and the beige combination.

Both women (Maheep and Farah) look remarkably similar with the big glasses, and white pants combo.

Still, if I had to buy one top I would go for Maheeps, just because I love the colours more.

I prefer Maheeps choice of top for sure.

I love the models combination with the shorts, but maybe that is a bit too daring for daytime in Mumbai. But I think what would have looked really cute would be to wear a beige knee length casual/safari skirt.

I agree, the top looks best when paired with the shorts (without the jacket though), but given that the average s thirty-something socialite in Mumbai dresses very conservatively (keep in mind that only a very small fraction of mumbai’s socialite crowd are shown on this site ), the pants were probably a more sensible option. But in my opinion, the white pants work a lot better than a skirt :-)

I like Mahdeep’s top and bag better, but Farah’s pants are more chic and much better fitted, plus I hate Mahdeep’s red toe nails peeking out of those gaudy platforms. And I think Mahdeep’s loose, slightly messy hair goes better with the chilled out, summery vibe of her top.

actually, I’ve changed my mind, the top works best with the shorts AND jacket.

On an aside, I have a pair of white linen pants that are ever so slightly flared. I usually wear them with a billowy semi-sheer chiffon shirt and I’d love to change it up. What do you guys wear with pants like these?

I wear a fitted top or a tube like the one farah is wearing ….the entire look of a fitted ‘small’ top with a long flared ‘big’ white pants….looks breezy and causal and does wonders for the figure :)

i think the bags should have been swapped….but otherwise a neat, pretty (pretty neat??)look…..

I agree with “sanghamitra” Maheep daughter is so very pretty and adorable.

Both ladies look nice enough…BUT…I think both outfits would have benefited from smaller handbags. Wonder what on earth they could possibly need to carry in such HUMONGOUS bags.

    Farah! I like the pants!

Farah! she is looking cool. That big bag Maheep is carrying does not go with her outfit

    I want Farah’s arms!!!

Maheep for sure! I like the overall more casual feel of her outfit.

I generally like flare pants, particularly when they are white, but the pants Farah is wearing are simply too long for her height.

It looks like she is hovering off the ground…a la..jetsons : )
