Sheath Style

November 9th, 2012 at 10:18 pm . by Payal

In what seemed like a Zara Studio dress, Madhuri made an appearance at an event today. I wasn’t completely on board with the hair but she did look nice. Wish she had added a statement cuff to enhance the look.

Seriously? THIS is how she changes her hairstyle? A mullet?!

  3. R says:

Please tell me that’s just strange make-up and she hasn’t messed with her beautiful face.

I’d go for the latter. There’s a limit to which bad makeup can go anything beyond that points to you-know-which doctor’s office.

I am among the few who prefer La Dixit in anything but the same old sarees and salwar kameez. That makes her look like Auntijee.
This kind of dressing is taking years off her and she looks so chic.Love her minimalistic approach.

  5. Jyoti says:

I think she looks nice and younger than we usually does in her overwhelming dresses….n yes the hair same ole same ole!

  8. lovely says:

New style, new hairstyle and same old Madhuri with same charm and her magical smile.

  9. wannabe says:

The below-the-knee length of the dress combined with the ankle cuff on the shoes is making her look stumpy which in turn is making her look a wee bit bobble-headed. Wouldn’t a higher hemline with regular pumps work better?

In the first picture, i could have mistaken her for a chinese women.

OH MY GOD!! Am blown away..in a super duper good way! How simple and effortlessly chic does she look! She also looks abt 10 years younger here, having let go of the busy anarkalis and the busy jewellery..love this appearance!

  12. NAQVI says:

all i can think about is the way her face looks at this age…….. SIGH………….

  13. jo says:

Thank god for small mercies! Finally she got a stylist. She is looking really smart. Is this some influence after seeing Sridevi lately.
I wish she gets a hair stylist too soon. That would be just perfect.

  14. dale says:

she takes her style as a challenge…now with whom she thinks she can be compared with….no way those tinsel town’s chicks are below their 30s,whereas she embraces her 40s..

  15. NS says:

    She looks lovely!

  16. Sara says:

With that hair, she totally looks like Jennifer Lawrence.

  17. arpitha d says:

good change – a simple look and a complete turn around from her busy dresses & makeup, but she can still work on her hair style which is currently making her round face more rounder.

  18. SLC says:

For someone who is at least 45 yrs old…..she looks stunning. There are many actresses at least 10 yrs younger who don’t look as good.

    • mary says:

and there are those 10 or more years older who look waaaaaaaaaaaay better. Hema, Sharmila or Waheedaji to name a few.

      • Keya says:

She looks her age she acts her age! and she Looks petty darn gorgeous for her age! Why do people always want to look 10 years younger than they are?

  19. Keya says:
