In Anushka Khanna

We wouldn’t have guessed this embellished sari was by young designer Anushka Khanna, especially after seeing her first collection just recently at LFW. Personally, I would’ve liked the purple to white transition to have been more gradual.

  1. Madhuri has a lovely figure for a saree but that abrupt contrast and the really wide purple portion makes her look stumpy. Also hate the way the upper part of the saree is draped.

  2. Get over your criticism P -P. Madhuri has worn so many gorgeous Anju Modi, Gaurav Gupta, Varun bahl collections but u never featured. The first time she is up here from Jhalak, U dislike the saree….it’s looks good and Madhuri carried it so gracefully !!.

It took u a week to feature her Ramp appearance.

Anyways it’s ur blog and u can write whatever u want 🙂

  3. Indeed, a more gradual transition would have been nicer. but madhuri killed what little was nice with that clear half boob show. Wish she would braid her hair once in a while.

  4. love her in purple! though i do wish the designer made the white to purple transition more gradual as well, but it looked great on t.v…i agree with ‘lovely’ it would be great if you featured her more, she has looked soo beautiful in so many outfits 🙂

  6. Madhuri is sheer feminity. Doesn’t seem like the designer has been able to accentuate her feminism. The colour comb. Is not apt. The embroidery is pathetic. Only saving grace is madhuri’s enchanting smile.
