She looks great in this colour! And I love that she is showing off her baby bump….by far that is the best accessory :)

she’s glowing!!! but on the other hand, she’s wearing high heels right into the 8th month of her pregnancy??? her feet look swollen and shes still in heels!

Gosh I’m amazed at how people are judging her decision to sport high heels. I’m sure no one can be as concerned about her baby’s well being as she herself and if she is comfortable sporting high heels and they make her feel great then be it.

It has been medically proven that heels are bad for pregnancy. Fashionable- YES. Sensible?- NO!

I donot think it is a harsh judgement. Since it is quite uncommon, most seem to be surprised she could survive a baby shower party with those heels…

Err…the additional weight can hurt stress out your posture in heels and the spine?

Swollen feet, sense of balance off-kilter due to bulging abdomen, increased feeling of tiredness and lethargy towards the end of your term – all add up to a disaster waiting to happen!!!

Its Bad for the back and the legs. There is already so much stress on the back during the second and third trimester.

Everyone’s said it but I’d like to say it again – heels? So not expected from someone like Lara who SEEMS sensible.Don’t see what is harsh about that – it’s one of the first things doctors warn you off. Model/Actress/Celebrity you might be, but that doesn’t change the way your body works.

I agree… Its the first thing doctors warn pregnant women off. I know she has been a model and must be too comfortable with heels. But still, this is a bit too much with swollen feet and all.
