Spotted Neha Dhupia at Seagram’s Blenders Pride Magical Night Party Tour in a rather strange dress… Just don’t get the weirdly placed scallop detailing on her dress at all. If the intention was to come off as edgy, it came up short.

At a quick first glance, I though it was Neha’s panties peeking through. I was like NOOO not another one. But yes, that is a very odd odd dress. Neha is too pretty to be wearing that horrible dress and equally horrible makeup.
