She is pretty though, but more in the girl-next-door way as opposed to the supermodel way. I don't mean for this to sound racist, but I think a lot of the hype over her comes from the fact that she's of mixed heritage. I think that Southeast Asians tend to look to the west for beauty (think light skin/light eyes). It could do with an over-exposure to Hollywood, the fact that these ARE relatively rare features in Indians or who knows what, but it's definitely there, and Katrina brings it out. She's sort of the white girl who can pass as an Indian, if you know what I mean. But yeah, I TOTALLY LOVE AND ENCOURAGE MIXING RACES, RELIGIONS, SOCIAL CLASSES ETC. ;) I plan to do it myself someday.
