Sari Style
January 29th, 2013 at 1:34 pm . by PayalIt was quite refreshing to see Ms. Ranaut in a non-designer block print sari and while I loved the statement gold necklace on her, thought it clashed with the glass bangles. Wish she had skipped the bangles in this case.

her necklace is bombtastic! bangles don’t add anything but the hair is killing me!!! I love her sari and i have one very similar to this. DEF give her props for going non designer and just wearing a beautiful sari. I hope more and more people become visible doing this…

Love that necklace! Do u know if its a real or costume piece? Looks like amrapalli but they do a lot of gold plated stuff also. She should have skipped those bangles though.
I think my jeweller will get a order for that piece of jewellery =)

Love this look. Surprisingly this VidyaBalan style elbow sleeve length looks lovely on her. Am actually tempted to try them out in the next blouse i get stitched ! I love the bangles, jewellry, bindi and the drape. Its perfect.

I love Kangana sense of fashion, which is full of surprisingly interesting variations. Kudos for going desi and not wearing designer either. I had to tear my eyes away from that necklace. This also reminds me to raid my mum’s closet for some of her block print silks too. She looks good.
Think she has a gold kangan on her left hand. Just a tiny bit is visible in the third pic.
Not sure how good the glass bangles and gold ‘kangan’ would look on ‘kangana’ worn together ;)
