that skirt is perhaps 2 sizes too small- even for such a skinny girl. i think that was supposed to be a pleated front, right? she got the rest sort of right, except the messy hair…
I agree… pleated skirts are in fashion but she probably got a size smaller which stretched out the pleats.

That skirt is terrible, it ruined an otherwise nice outfit. It conjures up image of misaligned lady parts.
