Richa attended the Gr8! Women Awards wearing a white Pria Kataria Puri gown that you’ll remember also seeing on Bipasha in a red version a few months ago. While Richa had the better hairdo, overall the tassel-belt detailed gown just looked better on Bipasha. She had an advantage on the color as well as the way it (the gown) fell on her.

Looks like richa has twisted the cloth around the neck area for more skin-show. Tacky!
Somehow Richa comes across across as Bgrade actress from the eighties. I think its the neckline and dated hair. She has done better!!!
