In Manish Malhotra

For a jewelry store launch in Kolkata, Aditi picked a Manish Malhotra lehenga. Does the look let the jewelry shine or would you have preferred it to be a tad less in your face?

  1. The lime color of the lehnga is pretty, drape with the li’l bling lining looks nice but it’s blouse which is the buzz kill and the mak up is a lillacklusture too

  2. I liked the pictures on the left. She looked nice with the small bindi. Why did she take it off later? It feels a bit incomplete.

  3. The blouse does look a bit off compared to the whole look….a nice hint of colour would have looked so much better ….but I love the first picture….

  4. I might be the only one here. But i feel that the elegance of the lehenga/half saree is ruined by the bra blouse and boob show.

  5. I feel that it’s the bindi that pulls the whole look together. Without it, the entire look falls in to the ‘hmm, a little unremarkable but I guess it’s nice enough’ category.

    • Looking over it again, I’ve realised that the lack of jewellery is also a reason why the bindi look is better. Wish she could have skipped them but of course, it would make no sense for a jewellery store launch.

  6. the fact that everyone commented on the lehenga and not the jewelry proves that the jewelry is totally overshadowed in this case

  7. I like the look minus the jewelry. The jewelry was a big fail but for no fault of Aditi. That shade of green is so summer festive.
