… and we are only number 8 on the list.

Think you can get us to number 1? We need about 600+ votes to get there. Help!

A HUUUUGE thanks to all those who already have!

P.S. If you are wary that the app will use your info, it DOESN’T! 🙂 You can vote and click no to NOT share the link on your wall. (That was for the men who may be embarrassed to acknowledge they read us 😛 )

  1. Dear Payal and Priyanka,

I have voted for your blog and enjoy reading it very much. I’m not blaming you, just making you aware of my thoughts.

The two of you have brought the fashion blog format to India and popularized it. Thousands of impressionable young woman visit your site. This gives both of you enormous responsibility .

I would really appreciate if you implemented the moderating policy mentioned in your FAQs a bit more strictly and deleted comments accusing women of being fat/ ugly (ex- she has swollen cheek bones , she looks pathetic, she’s fat, she’s old, she dresses sluttily). I hope you realize the impact that your blog has on visitors, especially teenage girls?

Sorry if I’ve offended you, I did not mean to. This is a lovely blog, its just that I think the comments need a bit more regulating.

    • ThaiExpat,
We understand your concerns and we do implement moderating. (There is much more and much worse comments that come through that nobody gets to see).

Yes, there are times we miss some and will because at the end of the day, it’s just two of us managing the site. It also happens that sometimes we think a comment is harmless but is deemed inappropriate by someone else later. In that case, we do go back and block out a whole chunk. We cannot predict how someone may read into a comment but do try our best.

We do appreciate all the people who help point out comments that slip through.
