In Anamika Khanna

We are all for fashion that goes against the grain, provided the woman in question herself ‘owns’ it… here though, it just looks so contrived and Haseena herself at not much of an ease. We could be wrong and in that case we’ll just stick to saying that this particular look doesn’t appeal to us and bears a painful resemblance to a mummified popsicle.
But, don’t the pictures make for a colorful sight? Makes us smile.

she looks so bad, why does she wear things that look 2 sizes to big and overtake her petite frame! terrible! plus the streak in the front of her head makes her look like shes 50….
dress yr age haseena, and dont cover yrself in a sack all the time!
i like the way she accessorized it.. but the outfit doesnt work on her or the models.
I think she is looking good–the accessories are working well. The colour is gorgeous. Haseena carries it off.
is that a saree!! or something u just put on – looking very kaam vali type… it works on the runway as part of a draping and colour story but a very solid HELL NO in real life. the wearer of this creation is just looking confused…..

I think she looks great and has accessorized it well.The collection is probably the worst of anamika khanna’s.It looks like she really ran out of ideas.Its most like the ahsram dev dasi type of sarees just thrown at us in different colours.Absolutely nothing original or nice abt it
I think shes carrying it off pretty well – although its not something I would attempt to wear! But shes managing to look cool.

Haseena’s outfit reminds me of when we were kids and played “saree saree”, we used to wrap it around similarly since we had no idea how to do the pleats

The ones on the runway look ok, it is part of the whole set and drama.

I have seen African women drape their clothing like this, it reminds me of them. The accessories are done well, she has her hair off her face (yay) and the colour is great. I applaud her for not looking like everyone else!
The 3rd pic with all the models in different colored saris looks awesome…Sexy sanyasins…and that girl in yellow sari is a STUNNER…i just realized what stunners indian models are…have not much to say abt Ms Jethmalani but the pics of the runway are killer…

Such contrived crap. I hate designers think you can pass anything off as “fashion.” I’m certaintly not a sheep so I dont’ buy it :/
