    Fabulous. I love the dress.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the dress- something seems off though- is it the makeup- maybe she’s just tired.
I can’t wait for the Golden Globes either- RICKY GERVAIS is hosting!!!!! (plus Jake Gyllenhaal and Glen Close ?!?!)
AND Hugh Jackman for the Oscars?!- if Jon Stewart (my hero) was a bit dull last year, this year is going to be a bore
    er…yeah, love the draping

All good except the uneven hem of the dress. Instead of looking edgy it looks distracting.

That’s a beautiful dress! Who’s it by? I would love to see it in a different color.

its a beautiful dress but i dont like her hair in this one! it looks oily..

ho hum. the dress is very grecian, but tends to drown her. the shoes look oversized too. A bit dull compared to her other striking appearances.

She replaces any OTM bollychick as the new fashion icon.

The make-up is killing the otherwise stunning look

the dress doesn’t compliment her body type

Gorgeous dress – so beautifully draped – and what a gorgeous girl! Do you think she uses a stylist? Now here’s someone who should be on the cover of Vogue, instead of Asin, Kareena, etc.

  20. Rashi at | | Reply

The look is nice but the dress in particular has too much happening, the drapes going in too many directions.

  21. Priti at | | Reply

I think she looks cute. And I love the dress. I am not sure about the cuff. It is a little rough for the dress..or may be its just me.

  22. Sonia99 at | | Reply

    Totally gorgeous!
I think she’s be in the People’s magazine beautiful people list this year.

Love the drape on the dress. Beautifully crafted. But she looks better in colours.

  24. apsara77 at | | Reply

ohmigod! i absolutely LOVE this dress and she looks amazing in it..love the shoes, the cuff, and everything…i wish i could afford to actually buy this dress..any idea where i can buy a similar dress that’s actually easier on the wallet? This girl is an absolute stylista! even if she does have a stylist, she also has the poise and attitude to carry off everything she wears!

love the dress, its awesome on the model…its not good on frieda!

love the shoes, but the draping is a bit much for such a petite person

  28. Suki at | | Reply

Dress looks fab! Really suits her.

I love Freida! She’s got a great sense of style and her warm smile makes everything look even better :)

  30. Michelle at | | Reply

one doubt…who is this freida pinto suddenly on the horizon who has no dearth of everything designer – bags/shoes/dresses??? who is she that she can afford to appear every single time “designerly”

  31. Ashi at | | Reply

Michelle, more than likely the film studio/PR people pay for it. They’ve got to have the stars of their film looking fab!

  32. Prat at | | Reply

Atta Pinto Girl!!! Great sense of style. Waiting to see her on the day of Golden Globes. Hope she continues the trend until Oscars.

  33. Carol at | | Reply

Freida looks pretty. But this dress is all wrong for her. This draped look does not work on her body type – knees and neckline look awful. And what is up with the shoes?

  34. Rashmi at | | Reply

It would be lovely to see her in a SAREE at the Golden Globes and the Oscars. Can’t wait!!

I agree, she could’ve worked a little bit on the “make-up” in this event.

  35. anu141 at | | Reply

OMG… LOOOVVEEEE the dress… where can I get it?

  36. Hema at | | Reply

Freida rocks for a newcomer . She’s got it all right (the dress, the shoes..).Perfect!

  37. J at | | Reply

The producers of the film obviously pay for the outfits at these awards and other public appearances. And she is working with George Kotsiopolous who is a famous celebrity stylist dressing up some big names in hollywood.

  38. Kitlimit at | | Reply

Even though I like the dress etc..I dont like her in it..somehow to me she looks washed out..I like her in darker colours and makeup..think she looked sooo pretty and Indian in SDM

  39. Sharin at | | Reply

ya 100% she has a stylist.
