    I quite like the combo.
Which colour would u suggest Payal?

  7. anniex at | | Reply

Both the clutch and the shoes are gold. I don’t see any pink.

Nice color but terrible dress and accessories. She looks pretty from the neck up.

She looks super!!! And I love the fact that she is great in the interviews too, not just a giggly silly girl.

    she looks lovely….

this is a muted gold.. a more brighter gold would have given this dress the zing.. but how great does she look.. she really is a simple looker!!and what a great one!

I love this color. It’s my fav. My closet is full of clothes with shades of this blue. Freida looks fabulous!! I love this girl!! The gold contrast is not bad…I think white might look too much on her dusky skin.

I think she looks hot. I like the colour combo ..probably the pumps look a bit different but the clutch goes nicely

    really lovely, she looks

wow.. she does look good!!!amazing confidence
Payal.. white peeptoes would make this whole do very ordinary and less glam, me thinks! i would prefer bronze :)

she looks lovely, and so Bombay…relaxed and cool

    she looks AMAZING!

whaaaaat there is a film festival in Palm Springs?
it’s like 40 F there at night! she must be freezing (in California terms)!

Hmmm, the way she dresses it always seems to me that she might have a stylist, but well she can be stylish herself so I dunno, LOL :P
P.S. i love her look, white would have looked AWESOME, but gold does’nt look bad at all, her accesories are good so the colour don’t matter much I guess:D

I want to comment again. She looks stunning…I can’t stop staring at these pics!! I haven’t seen someone look so good in a while!! I always liked her but today she has made me her fan…

the dress looks awesome on her. i agree with p and p that the gold shoes and clutch don’t strike the right note.

    awesome combination. nice shoes.

  27. Nida at | | Reply

Really, just madly in love with the dress… the color of her clutch works with the blue but something about the shoes are amiss, but it’s excusable. Go Freidaaa

  28. J at | | Reply

I think the gold looks great with the dress. You’d usually do silver with that tone of blue but that wouldnt go with her dusky self. So good job with knowing what looks best on you.

  29. Monkey at | | Reply

Hmm, silver peep toes and a silver clutch would have been nice too. But she looks nice.

i think she looks fantastic! i love the dress and the color is lovely..i think the accessories actually work in this case because everything is so simple..and even though it’s gold, it’s not blingy gold..here is a girl that is a true fashionista!

  31. Sonia99 at | | Reply

She is absolutely stunning! The dress is so simple yet beautiful.
The accessories make the whole look very understated but maybe that’s what she wanted!

    i love what she’s wearing
    she looks absolutely gorgeous!!!

  33. Protyasha at | | Reply

She certainly knows how to dress occasion appropriate, kudos!

  34. Sushi at | | Reply

    She look s STUNNING!
@ Payal: I think blue with white is the obvious combination and would’ve been a bit much. This is fresh!
@Preeti: exactly what I was thinking too. Why is she getting so much publicity…why don’t we see more of Dev Patel !?

  35. Ritu at | | Reply

She looks FAB. I’m so proud of her *sniff*

  36. Ritu at | | Reply

@Sushi: Though it’s unfair, I think the reason behind her getting more attention than Dev Patel is simply because she’s so gorgeous and elegant. In media, people would easily pay more attention to the better-looking people. Dev is cute but she is gorgeous.

  37. Ashi at | | Reply

I think once the big awards come (Golden Globes, Academy Awards) she and Dev will appear together, and get equal attention. :p

And she might have a stystlist, but I prefer to think she knows how to do it on her own, haha.

  38. Ritu at | | Reply

oh really? oh ok didn’t know that (about Letterman etc.)

Yeah and as for HHC in particular I certainly understand why Freida gets more attention. She’s a girl! and girl’s fashion is always WAY more interesting ;)

beautiful shade of blue. It looks fantastic on her skin. And I think she completely nailed this look…right down to the accessories. Looks GORGEOUS!

what a gorgeous smile.. I noticed that even before her dress..

  43. MM at | | Reply

love it! I agree with Adi – she looked even more fab on Jay Leno with a pink dress and black pumps.. who designs her clothes I wonder! I thought she was awesome on Leno.. very comfortable with herself and her background and very giddy in a fun way!

  44. Enne at | | Reply

She is always such a Doll! I don’t mind the shoes on her this time but totally hate the dress she wore on Jay Leno! Pink with a big bow-UGH!

    YAY I love RM :)
they’ve sort of made the “it” designs this season

Freida looks beautiful! That is a very refreshing color. Much much much better than the model’s yellow.

@Payal: I agree….for a moment I forgot HHC is one website i check very often:) I tht i missed her part in the letterman show…had no idea she was only backstage, . Didn’t quite like the barbie-esque dress she wore on Jay leno but she was confident

She looks amazing!! I loveee her sense of her style its soo well made, does she have a stylist or is it all her.

  50. shreya at | | Reply

I just love the way she carries off everything. Her dress is soooooo lovely and she could have carried a better clutch.

She totally wowed on the Jay Leno show. She was smart, fun and not stuck up with a great sense of humor. She had fellow guest Robin Williams eating out of her hand.

This is a great look. Her stylist did great as always.

i would like to see her and sonam kapoor compete for who has the better dress sense!
love this dress. love the acessories. she looks GORGE!

She is talented, well-spoken, smart, non-giggly, non-fake accent, naturally bronzed and cute-as-a-button. Who cares about the clothes (which are pretty darn good and age & body-appropriate)?
