Yep- thats what i thought too.. she looks washed out.. the hair looks like a schoolgoers hair.. pretty bad!
I am not a Sonali Bendre fan but I think if she lost the stole and styled her hair she may actually look nice in this dress

Sonali is so beautiful, no question about that, but this color isn’t doing anything for her.

needs more colour, plus the gown looks like it started off well, and then someone just lost interest in it, it looks half done. Sonali is pretty but looks washed.

Awful. Her eyes are out of sync - botox ke side effects. This hair style (if one can call it that) makes her look like a plucked chicken. And the chalky makeup does not help either. Please grow your hair back Sonali - with a typical Indian face like yours stick to Indian wear and long hair.
Love the dress ..but its killing it by no color and the face…just washed out…and she had such pretty hair..why would she do this monstrocity to herself…maybe the behl family has finally rubbed on her.

Gown is pretty though makes her look washed out, but hair and ‘make-up’ (I only see lipstick) is not. It looks like she’s ready to have a spa treatment (hair pulled back, clean face, no make-up) rather than be at a premiere.

love the dress, love the fit, love the colour, she could how ever had a bit more colour on her face, and done a really nice relaxed hairstyle, this is too severe and then worn some statement jewellery…
Love the color and the sheer material around the bust. Her look beats Ash hands down at that premiere.

i’ve seen other pics of the event and i think she looked gorgeous! i agree she is a yummy mummy…shes lots tons of weight since abhi-ash wedding and is looking cute!
People, this is just a bad picture. I’ve checked her other pics from this event, and I think she looks fabulous. She has a beautiful complexion. And I think this dress makes her skin glow.
I think the gown looks lovely. A little more color on the face and she would’ve shined!

What happened to her lovely hair?? I can’t understand this trend of wearing gowns to movie premieres, its too award-function types. That aside, the gown looks interesting on top. It is not a good idea to wear clothes so close to your skin color - looks totally washed out.

it looks like they pinned her hair up with a clip to finish her makeup and totally forgot to do her hair..she should have looked in the mirror before leaving the salon and reminded them to blow dry her hair as welll

the detailing on the top half of the dress is very pretty but the colour of the dress is all wrong for her. also, i love short hair on indian women but this hairstyle doesn’t suit sonali.
wow! amazing dress. wat designer is this PnP? but i agree with everyone here - she does look very pale, tired, and washed out. here’s an e.g of how bad make up can mk a pretty gal look un-pretty! she had such long, silky hair - y did she chop it all off? however, for someone who recently gave birth, shez in great shape.

The dress is nice, but it doesn’t do anything for her. Maybe it’s the way her hair and make up have been styled - she looks tired. Personally, I would have chosen a little bit more of a vibrant shade of pink for her.
I like the dress, the colour and the clutch. I actually LOVE the colour its so sweet, simple and sophisticated in contrast with the glaring look at me colours that are so often sported. Evare.. I think you’re being seriously harsh with your “typical Indian” comment. Since you already started generalizing I just want to add that I think your mentality can be called “typical Indian”.
Oops forgot to mention that her makeup and hair def needs work. So often I hate the makeup and hair of the ladies in “B-town” when they go to events…it’s like the makeup artists don’t know how to do anything other than movie makeup.
