WOW..what a lovely sari..beautiful beautiful color..she looks radiant..glad she wore this than the so called trend of wearing MM (for the glam ones) or Sabya (for the ethnic look)…btw P&P is this by some designer..or bought the good ol’ way like we all do in real life..??

it’s so hard not to match ur bag to ur purse lol..for me anyway. I try to remember to contrast when i can…but dude, it’s really hard cuz i tend to gravitate towards the same color as my outfit XD

I do not care for the sari blouse and earings. the rest of it looks good.

She works it though I am not a huge fan of the sari. Can see it becoming a serious WTHeyy on some other Bollywood gals.

She looks totally elegant and its nice to see a non-MM, non-Sabya saree on someone.

Would have been nice if the clutch was black or a pale green though.

Fabulous..great color, simple blouse, no OTT jewels, a well draped saree make her look wonderful divine ….

she looks lovely! although, i think the blouse colour (in what looks like satin, no less) was not the right choice – a navy or magenta would have been a really pretty contrast to play off the mustard.

OMFG. I think I have a girl crush.

Diya is the only girl in bollywood who dares to wear different types of saris, not the same tired old Manish Malhotra/Sabya-style ones. she gets bonus points for that alone! the fact that she rocks whichever sari she wears seals her position as bollywood’s most sylish sari-wearer in my eyes ;)

      that is so true

Exactly! Why is everybody so confined to their comfort zones? Diya looks charming, not only is the choice of saree to be appreciated, the drape is so decent. I am in awe and like someone else said, she is causing a lot of girls to have a spontaneous crush on her!

She is a darling! Like the fact that she wears all different kinds of outfits and looks elegant in all. Nice saree.
Glad to see her wearing non designer sarees. Very neat, although I would have liked a different blouse to play off the mustard yellow.

I don’t really like the saree, esp. the fabric, but Dia makes it all work and looks like a million bucks. I love to see her in sarees, just so elegant.

yeah Sonam Kapoor should take a lesson from her. Designer stuff doesn’t necessarily equal stylish.

I love Dia……but all this gold is too much…she’s looking like some mannequin from gold souk….. I feel she cud hv broken the monotony with a diff colored clutch.

Beautiful.. she looks so polished.. wow first the pink benarsi look and now this.. no quibbles even for the blouse.. Dia.. thank u for wearing a saree the eay its meant to be worn.. Vidya(with her horrible pleats and messy pallus) and lara, PC, most bollywood babes etc etc take note(the one boob brigade)

    don’t like :/
the hairstyle makes her look so mature.
I would never even think of buying such an OTT sari. Tbh, it looks like a tapestry or something…..

Nice! She looks beautiful, and like she belongs in a 1960’s film starring opposite Shammi Kapoor. Such old world charm, that one never sees nowadays.

you’ve nailed it. her luminous beauty and petite frame are quite reminiscent of Saira Banu at her prime.
