Vogue’s Anaita Adajania referred to Deepika Padukone in this Dolce and Gabbana as a ‘True Glamazon‘ and we couldn’t agree more! Ms. Padukone works every bit of that look.

  1. true glamazon!? i dont think so.it looks like two different outfit sewn together. the gold at the bottom looks painfully heavy i think my eyes r getting sore cuz it keeps weighin down everytime i look at this. n as if it wasnt enuff, she had to add the gold cuffs n the purse. her hair needs some life, makeup looks dull, shoes r meh. i give this look a – tactastic!

  2. through her face and pose i can see the pain and discomfort she is going thru to maintain that pose in those sequins & tube top.

  3. As stunning as she looks, it doesn’t feel like a one-piece at all and those peep toes are too heavy for the sleek gown. Lastly, wearing two cuffs together looks rather forced. Nonetheless, the make up and hair’s perfect as always

  4. She looks perfect waist up. Better shoes and a nice belt would have made this outfit look more put together. As it is right now, the top and the bottom don’t really blend in well enough.

  5. The outfit looks extremely disjointed and the super tight fit at the bust makes it look like she has a huge tummy bulge (which she doesnt, we’ve all seen that swimsuit body)..love the hair and makeup, and love that she went bold with the sequins, just wish the dress looked more ‘together’

      • ya that’s what i was thinking, i mean if it gives Deepika (who has a perfect bod) a tummy, then pray what would it do to the rest of them!?
nothing special about that look, but she makes it look glam… she is SO freakin’ hot in that hair…. but would’ve liked some bright color on the lips, fuschia perhaps…

  6. The shoes should have been different but ankles up she looks amazing, I can’t think of anyone else being able to carry off this.

  7. Not a fan of the dress but she is working the heck of it. Love the fact that she doesn’t pancake her face like the other ladies and let her brown skin shine through.

  8. I think she looks great, but maybe could’ve opted for one size bigger in the skirt.

I think this is the first time that Diana Penty looks hands down better than Deepika.

  9. A tube top? Really? A severe, tailored, high-collared shirt a la Tilda Swinton would’ve looked better with that skirt. And that hair was ok with her barely there clothes in the movie but here its just mehhh..
    Don’t like this at all!

  10. What the …. ??? It looks so heavy and uncomfy…
top is rather meh and the skirt…. is hurting my eyes.. !!
I know its not possible, but the fit and length of the skirt makes her look much shorter… NOT statuesque..

  11. That skirt is a dream. And she is sure as heck pulling it off. I might have chosen different accessories, but love her casual approach with the hair and underdone make up.
