Her stylist probably heeded the advice of so many people here asking for a softer look. But the length of this dress is a bit odd on her.

The lining makes it look tacky. She looks sweet facewise.

I don’t know… this look seems to mature for a kids choice event.

It’s a good choice for a kid’s award show. I personally like the dress, despite it’s sheerness.

Not a fan of the sheer dress.

Just coz it’s a kids event you don’t need to look like a teacher. Like the dress is already a midi kinda 60s style why do u style it with a matronly hairstyle and pearls and saccharine pink makeup?? It’s not a costume. The styling should have been kept modern

If you notice on the runway model the lining of the top half is not fitted and it’s fitted on Deepika, that’s making it look off

She looks lovely. This dress is so much better than the denim atrocity that Alia wore to the event but since it is Deepika , people are going to nitpick

I loved what she wore the last time she attended this award show, it was fun and looked great on her but this is too matronly. Fire your stylist DP and get your old one back

Though there is nothing to fault with the look per se, something just feels not quite right. It’s bordering on meh!
