  1. A tie between hello and Marie Claire. HELLO has gone the classy way and their cover stands out in a very good way. AND among the girls, Anushka looks gorgeous!

  2. Why does Sonam look like Nargis Fakhri? I wouldnt have guessed it was her without reading the name tags.

Kangana and Anushka look excellent, and more importantly their faces look like their own.

  3. Bad photoshop jobs, most of them. If you have to photoshop, at least do it well….

These are such stunning women – why change them into unrecognizable Barbies???

  4. essence of Sonam – costumey, retro hairstyle, that could be hip on a cooler person, just old ladyish on her, deer in headlight facial expression, not really communicating a convincing look. too try hard to stick out, and not in a good way. Kangana, nails it, haute. Anushka looks like the effortlessly cool chick next door, very nice. J has a blah international look.

  5. I really like both the Bazaar and Hello covers. L’Offiiciel … meh .. not really … Marie claire … the cover as a whole has no oomph, though anushka looks REALLY good. But overall … where’s the friggin party at, or are we celebrating doomsday?!?!?!

  6. The Bazaar cover looks amazing. Kangana adds fierceness and the “oomph” factor to the cover. The Sonam cover looks like a photoshopped painting (& not the good kind). Jacky’s got really manly arms though love the dress and Anushka is…well, Anushka – safe and predictable, though I love her eyes!

  7. And yes, Anushka does look like Shruti Hassan on the cover while Kangana appears to be the test-tube white love-child of Whitney Houston and Sofia Loren, i.e. utterly H-O-T!

  8. my vote goes to Anushka cover. Creative and stunning. The only magazine that has guts to experiment. Rest all other magazines look same. Nice photoshop job and love that hand written casual font. Party is about being casual and fun. And they are.

  9. Harpers is good but it’s too dark. Sonam doesn’t look like Sonam at all in Hello cover and body posture is uncomfortable. Marie Claire is certainly the best cover in this segment. Anuska looks good, the placement of text and choice of colours is perfect…

  10. ROFL Jacqueline’s cover looks the best out of 4.. the blue background works with the orange, her pose, the hair and the colour of the dress. The dress itself… has an odd thing going on in the bust area. What is that a zipper…tassel?? The sleeves look a bit off too especially the right one. I like everything about Anushka’s cover except her face is shot in a wierd angle. I thought they put celebs on the cover so that magazines will sell more. What is the point in putting a face on a cover that nobody recognizes? Kangana looks like she is wearing a Liz Taylor wig. Between the hair, the blingy outfit and the navel show the whole cover lacks class. Sonam’s cover is perfect but unfortunately they decided her hair should look like Cleopatra wearing cat ears.

  11. I love the Bazaar and Marie Claire covers. If only Kangna looked like Kangna…I mean I had to read the tag below to recognise her. I love Anushka!
