Ok people .. now please just look at the photograph again. The jeans are NOT high waisted. They start at the black belt… the black top seems to have a denim component attached to it. By pairing these two, she has created this high waisted monstrosity.. Doesn’t make it less uglier but just wanted to say , the jeans are normal.. its the top thats fugly.

Thanks for the good laugh. Pretty face, but one weird dress. I think it’s a good idea sometimes to wear your entire outfit and then take a photo of yourself before you step out of the house. Do it with a regular camera or use your computer to shoot a self photo. It helps you look at your dress objectively.
It is definitely bad judgement and lack of feedback from someone who has at least average style sense!
Yeah, she needs to be corrected, not ridiculed. I’ll take a novice’s faux pas anytime over ghastly, ghostly uni-boob Celina’s repeated assaults on us. Or miss world and accomplished award winning Priyanka Chopra dressing in a scanty, outrage of a saree to receive a national award from the President of India, no less!
well i look at it this way. Priyanka gets ridiculed just as much as this girl does. its part of the package. even absolutely unknown women get praised here, just as sonam does. so its fair enough.
but you would think priyanka would atleast have the means to dress herself nicely rather than the regular teeny bop style she has that doesnt suit her. Priyanka with all her exposure and privilges just doesnt have a good sense of fashion. No one needs be ridiculed. but to see that a newcomer can treated this badly with comments like ” who is she..why do we care?” that is rude and hence i dont agree with you
i dont think it takes means to dress stylishly. check out any of the dozens of fashion blogs where regular janes put up pics of their outfits. what matters is how you put together even a simple white kameez. and the moment you get into films you are putting yourself up for critique – it could be positive or negative and you’ve got to take the good with the bad.
as for comments like who is she – its a fair enough comment isnt it? after all readers arent interested in you picking people off the street – this blog is about celebs. and if they dont recognise a particular person or dont feel that she is a big enough name to be critiqued, again, that is merely their opinion.
as to manners/being polite – again, thats rather subjective. no two people can ever agree on what is polite and what isnt.
