When I first spotted these Project PEP accessories from Jimmy Choo on Nisha, I was kind of iffy about them… But now that I see how Raageshwari’s worn ‘em, I love it. The wedges are still not something I would gravitate to but Raageshwari totally works ‘em in her Deepika Gehani dress.

After seeing this dress on Charlize (who wore it fabulously) and Jenna (who killed it), am glad that Natasha falls more in the Charlize territory than Jenna . She wore hers like Jenna did (with the knot falling on the right shoulder) but thankfully kept the belt on which gives this dress its definition. Bottega Veneta stretch knot and black YSL strappy sandals complete her look. Am so glad that she didn’t wear the dress to a day event and love that that she didn’t wear flashy earrings, although I would’ve also preferred that she had skipped the ring and had worn pumps.

Of all the dresses from the Spring 2010 collection, it is such a downer that Neha picked this one to wear to the Ferragamo cocktail event. She paired her dress with grey sandals and a bow clutch, also Ferragamo. While the color was great, just about everything else was a fail. The hair, the bust fit and the skirt that looked dramatic on the runway falls flat in real life.
How I wish she’d picked either one of the two dresses below.

Ms. Mahtani attended the DNA Style Awards in a Parker cami dress that she paired with a gold box clutch and Valentino bow heels. Not one to wear much makeup, surprised to see her all dressed up, face-wise that is.

At the races, Rhea Kapoor channels a bit of Chanel not by donning black and white but by wearing multi-stranded pearls with a red dress and a black patent frame bag. Red Chanel sandals complete her look. For a day event, the red dress with the pearls is a bit overwhelming to me but it’s a cute look. You like?

Here is first look of the custom made Salvatore Ferragamo sandals made for Priyanka Chopra as part of the Shoes For A Star project. While I would love to see Ms. Chopra debut these with a simple dark-hued gown with a thigh-high slit, Priyanka wouldn’t mind seeing her in a Roland Mouret dress with a below-knee hemline.
Don’t know whether we’ll get our wishes but our question to you is, are the sandals fab or flop?

You may not like the hat and the pop of color it provides but am loving it and Natasha’s outfit from the McDowell’s derby. She kept it simple by donning a Dior sheath dress and pairing it with Louboutin button web strappy sandals and stretch Bottega Veneta knot. Finally, a look from her that was event appropriate. As for the hat, what’s a derby appearance without an attention grabbing headgear.

You know us, we’ve always been strong advocates for ‘pop of color’, however, in this case…The blue of the shoes and the neckline was enough to have made an impact and we wish Shazahn had skipped the orange in favor of a good ol’ black clutch.
