Just as we were about to post Riya Sen’s Alexander Wang knockoff, Ms. Arora made an appearance wearing the real dress (also seen on Rihanna and Paris Hilton).
Instead of wearing the dress with black pumps like the other two, she wore it with nude Louboutins and I loved.

While Parmeshwar opted for a white Léger skirt with a white blouse, Shilpa stuck to a dress. Considering Parmeshwar’s killed some other Léger looks (see inside), this was quite an upgrade. As for Shilpa, the lady looks fab in the color, but the ankle-straps sandals were a killjoy.

The Christopher Kane and Anthony Mascolo TIGI Catwalk show was attended by many but only Sabina Chopra and Freida Pinto were spotted wearing Kane dresses. While Sabina wore one from the Fall ‘09 collection, Freida wore a modified one from the more recent Spring 2010 collection. Sabina totally worked the funky hairdo (also shown on the models on the runway) and Freida looked radiant in the yellow dress.

We expected a big Bollywood turnout but turns out it wasn’t to be. Front row had Urmila and Raveena in attendance who were dressed in Manish’s latest collection.
Loved the color on Raveena but Urmila’s was a bit too much of a mish-mash. We love a good mix of prints and textures but on Urmila it just didn’t work.
Also in attendance was Farah Khan Ali, Celina Jaitley and Dino Morea (which the video shows).

It was no surprise to have spotted Ms. Balan at the Sabyasachi show… We were told that Rani was slated to attend as well but she couldn’t make it having been caught up with her shooting schedule in Delhi.
During the post-show conference, found out that Vidya was wearing a cotton handloom sari from Bengal which she accessorized with some silver jewelry and an LV clutch…

Spotted Dipannita at the Pria Kataria show which she had to take in from the side-lines since she came in late… :)
She looked great but that sari isn’t our thing. As awesome as the jewel print looked on the kaftans, on the sari it just was so overwhelming. Loved the more eclectic prints and my favorite was the plain white sari with the border… ironically the least Pria Kataria looking outfit of the collection! :)

It didn’t take long for Ms. Sen to return right back to her favorite color and she did so by wearing a more conservative Hervé Léger bandage dress. Considering the dress was so basic, wish Sush had glammed this look up some more. Sky-high pumps, a long necklace are just a few options.

Being a jewelery designer, it is understandable why Queenie might have been drawn to this Monisha Jaising gown. The jeweled leaf detail is just exquisite. But, we wish she had left her right hand free and worn bracelets only on the left hand.
