Being of Bangladeshi origin, I have to comment on how proud I am to see a Bangladeshi presence on a grand scale fashion showcase.

That said I like the traditional and simple look of her designs. The orange shari in particular is lovely, minus the bikini bra of course!

P&P ,i think maheen khan is also from pakistan

P&P, Maheen Khan is definitely pakistani. she is one of pakistan’s biggest designers.

PnP, i’ve evn send u an email regarding maheen khan that she’s from pakistan , as some websites r referring her a bangladeshi in bridal asia 08 show , don’t know y ………….also i’ve seen her collection which is quiet similar to the one displayed in this show under her name ( but as a bandladesh designer)

  10. I like them, they have a differnt edge than the Indian Clothes, less OTT I think

Yeah there’s a big fashion designer from Pakistan who’s name is Maheen Khan but I don’t think she does bridals on such a big scale she’s more into contemporary stuff. So there’s a big possibility that there may be another Maheen Khan

dont quite get any of the designs actually.. i like the red anarkali but thats about it.. the emphasis is more on the jewellery or the umbrella!!!

I think these articles have mixed up the designers. Maheen Khan is Pakistani, if you look at her previous collections they resemble the same one as the one showcased on your website. On ther other hand Honey Waqar is Bangladeshi
