I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bips! Yes the dress fits a little low, but her over all look is so cute. The hair is adorable, the MU flawless, the smile is perfect. PC’s hair ends look dry (split ends maybe?), she’s pretty but very “typical”…I love how adventurous Bips is, and her spirit shows it in this outfit.
well dress looks good on PC but cant agree that she looks good..her old boring look and her hair..so yeah even dress doesnt fit that well to bips she looks good
