Sari Style
October 4th, 2012 at 4:34 pm . by PriyankaBoth these lovely ladies picked saris to wear at the premiere, Bipasha a pink and yellow Masaba and Tabu, an ombré Nachiket Barve.
Have a favorite? They both wear theirs well but I preferred Tabu’s look a wee bit more. Not the biggest fan of ombré saris but Tabu looked goood. Love that cut-out blouse on her!

OMG tabu = WOW!! does she ever age ?? bips on the other hand, ugh..the sari actually would luk better if it was wrapped aroung a pole, jee her body is so straight up n down.
Both women look good. No one really stands out. I feel Tabu has too much make up on.
I think Bips should have worn a different colored blouse, not sure which though….
Thins kinda looks like the “plain black blouse” that you wear with everything…
agree re: the plain black blouse. reminds me of the time when we were just starting to experiment with sarees and had a black blouse that’d go with anything!
They both look great…prefer the colors of Bipasha’s sari.
Bips looks great. I agree Tabu has too much make up on and her sari somehow reminds me of a kite

Dont like the Masaba saree.
The colors on Tabu’s are great as is the blouse. The “kite” fringe not so much. Also some make up issues there.
I think the colours on Bipasha are all wrong for her – she looks so self-conscious in that too-funky sari. Tabu’s outfit is fierce – love it!
Don’t like Tabu’s make-up. Nice seeing Bipasha in a saree for a change.

The blouse on Tabu is definitely plus… also the ease with which she carries the saree…. on the other hand, the black blouse is such a downer … otherwise, liked Bipasha in the saree…
both are very boring sarees.
Masaba.. just pick random two colors n try to design something God knows what and Tabu’s Saree is so average. And to top it all i hate tabu’s blouse, her makeup is too jarring and those fringes on the saree r just oh so distracting.
Ahh!! saying all this feel so hard coz i love tabu n bipasha both. And both look so below average here thanks to bad dress/styling choices.
the pics bipasha posted on her twitter, she looked fab in them in this same sari. i think its a serious case of bad angles, flash issues.

LOVE Tabu’s blouse. Very smart. Bipasha is hunched weirdly in that pic and it just makes her fantastic body look wrong – I wouldn’t wear that saree if I were her…
i loved every bit of tabu’s look …….especially the blouse …..
