Oh, Ayesha! A lovely, curvy lady let down by her choice of clothes. Sigh.

Ladies, when the word buxom features in your list of words when describing your body type, stay far, far away from high-necks. And definitely from things that have ruffles in the area.

  1. She and Imraan’s wife Avantika need to make use of the same fashion advice – sigh – such a waste of the innumerable resources they both have at their disposal.

What is the point of posting this except to cause embarrassment to Ayesha?? Sometimes some of these things get exaggerated by camera flashes, and moreover there is no great designer outfit pictured here that everyone just had to see.

Really, this is in bad taste.

    • You may have a point, but if someone is committing a fashion faux pax, HHC can point it out. Nothing wrong with that.
If someone turned up in jeans of an odd length, or matched too much, it is pointed out.
This is a common mistake that many people make and they posted about it. I don’t see any problem with that.

  4. I always wonder why are busty women expected to make an effort to draw attention away from their assets. What is the big deal? Why cant it be, I have it and I am actually proud of it. I mean flat chested woman would kill to look more curvy. I think Ayesha looks cute here except for her hairstyle

  5. It’s a pity that Ayesha gravitates towards such unflattering outfits, especially when she has a true hourglass shape that would look amazing in more classic silhouettes. Mad Men is really a great fashion resource for curvier women – pencil skirts and sheath dresses with wide necklines are timeless!

  6. I agree. The frills add volume here. The jeans are not cut for her body type. Overall, classic example of a lovely lady being undone by her choice of outfit.
