This isn’t working for me. She looks like a pretty witch is a play with that hair. She could’ve tied her hair up to show off the halter.

She’s worn similar dresses before. It’s just an okay look.

People out here think that Sonam’s dressing is always being defended and she is applauded so no matter what she wears. Doesn’t anyone out here feel that Alia’s dresses are applauded too (by the authors here) no matter what? Her look hardly ever is criticised.
It seems like they don’t wanna sound offensive or don’t wanna offend Alia by indulging in niceties always! I mean she had worn black for the prev awards night too: http://www.highheelconfidential.com/alia-bhatt-osman-star-box-office-awards-2014/#comments
Why black again? Where’s the freshness considering she is so young! Had somebody else worn it (Especially a newbie), a row of detractors would have lined up for her!

I wish everyone would just give this whole bias thing a rest. At the rate I see these comments popping up, one would think P&P are biased towards half of Bollywood. smh.

Plus, really, there is a huge difference between a gown and a romper. A person can have a preference for a particular colour. Also note, in the link you posted, P&P have not appreciated Alia’s look.

I knew somebody would say that that alia hasn’t been appreciated in the link posted by me. By saying that she isn’t criticised, I mean some of her looks have been downnright hideous. And had someone else worn something like that, they would be criticised. That’s all I mean.

Anyway, I only mean that Alia has got a great skin! Dressing should be such to enhance that feature of hers. And black on the trot just because its a formal event is boring. Colour choice aside, what are the stylists for? to create boredom?

Not a fan of this dress at all, the poor girl looks like she’s attending her prom. She’s a movie star and this dress doesn’t make her look like one.
