In Rohit Bal Couture

I know what your first reaction will be at looking at this pic of Ash. Wtheyy happened to her arms?!? But, am guessing, thanks to the extended shoulders on the structured top, Aishwarya’s hands got hidden while she put them behind her. Of course, a wee bit of photoshop helped erase any other appearance of it. 😛

In the end, we have a pic that makes the floral top and her face stand out and I quite like. You?

  1. Like it, the arm-less-ness is weird but interesting . She looks good, the attitude is correct for the dress.

Who is the model, she is gorgeous!!

  2. I think the idea was to make her look like one of those head sculptures that are placed in museums and such and that is such a neat idea using the silhoutte of the dress! I like the concept and the pic is great…just wish they executed it in a museum like setting where the dress could be hidden w/ Ash holding her hands back and then only her upper body used as the statue on the column…that would have been soo dramatic!

  3. In a forced attempt to look edgy, she fails miserably and looks witchy. her sky reaching eyebrows arent helping either! tip: dont even try. leave it to kangna ranaut! she does it effortlessly!n im still pissed off at daboo for not featuring her this year!

  4. her face looks ok but the pic is bad….now her fans has come up with this new tag line “no one can look like her even after photoshoping” ….but nobody wants to look like her!!!

  5. good but the truth is aishwarya cannot carry either modern or artistic outfits …she ends up looking like a clown or a western pretentitious asian ! however for indian outfits she carries so well …we should admire photoshop artist …to create someone like this from the real aishwarya rai

  6. This is what Dabboo tells about Aishwarya’s shot in the India Today interview.

Q: Why is Aishwarya given a Victorian look?
Ans: Aishwarya Rai is wearing a Rohit Bal creation. She has been given a Victorian but a very trendy and contemporary look. Her arms are not visible in the picture to give the page a statue bust look.

  7. to make the photo look like a statue they should have shooted above the waist like a status and face facing front with a feeling less blank look…that would have looked different. a dark grey dress would have made it look more like a statue.
now it looks like only missing hands.
