In Anjul Bhandari

The cast of Sarbjit and the Sarbjit’s family came together in Mumbai to mark his third death anniversary today in Mumbai. Keeping the event in mind, we saw Aishwarya keep it very simple in a chikankari suit by Anjul Bhandari.

I will not comment on how she looked out of respect. It seems silly to do so here given the event.

      • @payal wow, that reply , speechless, come on pnp didn’t expect you guys will give away your poker face that easily. Suddenly lost all respect I had. Also I do t think the ash fans you are trying to please will really care about your commentary hereon. As you have clearly shown your bias. What a shame.

    • I think commenting & posting is both valid. I dont think Ash is there out of respect. Its bollywood for god sake. Why wasnt she there last year. She obviously knew even then that she was starring in a movie called sarabjit.
It is all for movie promotions. Also, I doubt she will be there next year.

      • Perfectly described! All this happens only for promotions sake and not ‘out of respect’ otherwise why would there even be an ‘event’ to mark his death anniversary. Bollywood and its obsession with publicity, ugh.Feel sorry for his family.

  1. A death anniversary and a film promotion. Oh cummon Bollywood!

(This is a hardcore fan of Ms Rai, who btw seems to have walked a very fine line for appropriate dressing here).

  2. Heads down and silence for the event. Nothing to say actually. πŸ™

P.S. – She looks ethereal and I am repeating myself, Event Appropriate!

  3. Respect? Do you really think the cast of the movie is here out of respect? Let’s wait for the anniversary next year and see if this still holds true.

  4. I agree with “Aikk”. Out of respect, we shouldn’t post pics from this event on this blog. It’s not the right place for it. Even we shouldn’t give in to pressure from Aishwarya fans.

  5. If comments were not warranted, there should have been no post at all. I try very hard to not use words like anti-ash bias, I really want to give you ladies more credit than that, but it is hard to get over a super odd post like this. Aishwarya was ethereal in this event, and it’s almost like you did not want to talk about it
