In Sabyasachi

As much as I love the color (am in a green phase), I am not loving this look on Vidya. It feels like Ms. Balan got dressed in a hurry and a sari that that should look elegant falls short because of the way it was worn. You like?

Ditto!

We didn’t like this Mango dress the first time on Ms. Dutta and we still don’t like it on Dia Mirza. Pity, considering both ladies are so fabulous. But even their vibrant personality wasn’t enough to make this dress less ‘meh’. We’ll still have to ask though: Who do you like it better on?

In Manish Malhotra

As we predicted, it didn’t take long for Ms. Kapoor to revert back to her favorite designer. She went jewellery-less but wore a nose-ring (one that she also wears in the movie) but while the nose ring worked with the simple clothes in the movie, it doesn’t with the loud sari. Not for us, anyways. What about for you? Think she looks better with it or would look better without?

In Bebe

Ms. Basu stepped out in a Bebe dress looking quite FAB. If there is one thing we’d change, it would be to skip the beaded necklace (the vest detail provided enough visual interest).

Versace Cares Bags

We may not be big fans of Versace bags but these totes made our hearts skip a beat. From Art Unites (a collaboration between the house of Versace, the Whitney and the Starlight Foundation), each tote is printed with an original drawing created by a young victim of illness in the US or an earthquake survivor in China. The drawings were made with materials donated by Art Unites and proceeds go to the Starlight Foundation and the One Foundation.

Each tote (costing $250) is made from canvas and is available at GILT today. Don’t have an account? Click Here for your invite.
